For those of you who don't know me, my name is Osiris Cuevas. Chuckie as most people knew him was my brother.

He was 1 of 6 children and and the youngest of the 4 boys. He lived as a free spirit.

On 8/7/22 his life came to an end. He was in a tragic car accident in which his life ended.

We are planning on his funeral services and to put him to rest next to his best friend and brother Luis. His final resting place will be in Washington State.

The accident occurred in our home town Smith River CA and he will need to be transpoted to Washington to be laid to rest.

Chuckie was a loving brother, uncle and friend to many.
