Jo’s last adventures!

Jo has just celebrated her 50th birthday in true Hawaiian style. The 50th birthday none of us thought she would live for. Jo was diagnosed with aggressive inflammatory breast cancer on the 2nd of August 2016. They then found out that the cancer had spread to her liver and lymph nodes. This meant that the cancer was terminal.  She had 6 lots of chemotherapy and a year of Herceptin injections. She responded well to treatment and it was kept at bay for while until a recent head scan revealed several brain tumours after 5 weeks of headaches. Depending on Jo's reaction to treatment, she could have as long as 7 months to live or as little as 3. 

Jo has two beautiful daughters, Jess and Abi who both want to ensure they spend the last few months with their Mum doing what she wishes and making memories they can cherish forever. On the 2nd of June 2017, Jo married her husband Chris. It was a beautiful day. They think the world of each other. This is something Jo wrote:  "Chris is the most selfless, kindest, warm and loving person I have ever met, we are best friends and we absolutely adore each other and he is my happy ever after! I've never been so happy and in love in all my life."

We want to raise money to make Jo’s last wishes come true and send her on some adventures with the people she loves the most. These are small wishes but would mean the world to Jo, Chris and her girls. She would like to :
- own a campervan and take it to Blackpool 
- go to Legoland 
- go to Wookey Hole and stay in the hotel 
- go to Thorpe Park if her body allows her to do so

These are very small wishes for a family who are constantly giving to others. They never ask for anything and are the kindest, strongest and most loving family I know. The money raised will go towards making Jo's wishes come true and allowing her and her most loved ones to spend some quality time together before they have to say goodbye. I know any donations and support will be massively appreciated by Jo and her family. Without any donations, they will not be able to afford to do these few things. 

The sooner we can raise the money, the sooner we can put things in place and arrange these wishes as time is of the essence and every day, every hour, every minute is precious to this family. Please donate as much or as little as you can, everything is appreciated and everything helps.
