(ENG) It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved family member Jorge Martinez-Garcia which took place on January 31st, 2022. Son of Ma. Carmen Garcia Muniz & J. Trinidad Martinez Ruiz. Brother to his seven siblings and an uncle to many nieces & nephews.

 

He enjoyed the great outdoors, sports, music, dancing, spending time with his family, and a good homemade meal. We always felt the immense love that Jorge had for all his close family members and friends. Many of us will remember his encouraging words, his humor, and his noble attitude.

We will never take for granted his willingness to always give to and support the people around him. He always shared his vast knowledge and wisdom with others and encouraged his family members to further their education. He touched the hearts of many, and we will remember his youthful spirit and as the notorious "tio coco".

 

Jorge will be greatly missed, and although things will not be the same without him, he will forever be in our hearts. We love you Jorge and we will continue your legacy. May he rest in Peace.

Es con gran pesar que anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestro querido miembro de la familia Jorge Martinez-Garcia el 31 de enero de 2022. Hijo de Ma. Carmen García Muñíz&J. Trinidad Martínez Ruiz. Hermano de sus siete hermanos y tío de muchos sobrinos y sobrinas.

 

Disfrutaba el aire libre, los deportes, la música, bailar, pasar tiempo con su familia y aprovechar una buena comida casera. Siempre sentimos el amor inmenso que Jorge tenía por todos sus familiares y amigos cercanos. Muchos de nosotros recordaremos sus palabras de aliento, su humor y su noble actitud.

Nunca daremos por sentado su voluntad de dar y apoyar siempre a las personas que lo rodean. Siempre compartió su vasto conocimiento y sabiduría con los demás y alentó a los miembros de su familia a continuar su educación. Tocó el corazón de muchos, y siempre recordaremos su espíritu juvenil y como nuestro "Tío Coco".

 

Extrañaremos mucho a Jorge, y aunque las cosas no serán lo mismo sin él, siempre estará en nuestros corazones. Te queremos mucho Jorge y continuaremos tu legado. Que descanse en paz.
