Dear fellow CFI employees and Friends,

Some of you may be aware that our long time employee Jorge Aparicio was recently attacked by an assailant when on his way from work to his car parked on La Cienega Blvd.

Jorge suffered gun shot wounds, particularly one shot into his eye. He is undergoing surgeries at this time to save his eyesight.  In addition he suffered three additional shots to his head, five to his hand and some to his arm. These were done by a BB gun and all pellets are still lodged in his body.
 
There appears to be a difficult process from the insurance companies on who is responsible and in the meantime Jorge is faced with financial difficulties

At this time I appeal to all CFI employees for donation to support Jorge in his fight to regain his health and secure his financial situation in the interim.

Jorge has been with CFI for over   30   years, many of you know him and those that do not, I can assure you all of the money collected will go to him and his family.

Please be generous in your donation to help a fellow longtime employee of CFI.
