Hi, my name is Jordon, and I never thought I would be in a position where I would need to ask for help like this. Recently, I was diagnosed with HPV oral cancer, and it has completely turned my world upside down.

For over 15 years, I’ve run a business in Lugarno and built a life around hard work, independence, and community. I do not have family of my own, so over the years the people around me have become like an extended family to me through all the love, laughter, and even tears we have shared.

As a café manager, I have always taken pride in being strong, independent, and able to support myself. Asking for help does not come naturally to me, and this is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. But right now, I am facing a battle that I cannot get through alone.

This diagnosis means time away from work, ongoing treatment, medical expenses, and the emotional and financial strain that comes with trying to fight cancer while keeping life afloat.
