On January 27th, our family lost our beloved nephew, Jordon Byrns. Our hearts are broken, yet we are holding tightly to the many good memories and the love he left behind.
Jordon was not only a son—he was one of his mom’s closest friends. They went through so much together, and the bond they shared was deep and unbreakable. He loved his mom fiercely and made sure she knew it, often sending her daily words of encouragement. One message he shared years ago still speaks so clearly to who he was: “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.”
Jordon loved music. In one of his final days at the hospital, his friends filled the room with love, music, and memories of shenanigans. While we will miss him dearly, we take comfort in believing he is somewhere out there, living free in a new body or form. We're certain he found his Uncle Josh.
This fundraiser is meant to help ease the financial burden on Jordon’s mom during this incredibly difficult time. She has missed a week of work and is facing memorial-related expenses, and no one should have to carry that weight alone while grieving.
We want to be very clear—please don’t give more than you can afford. Even small amounts truly add up and help lift some of the burden. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page or keeping our family in your thoughts means just as much. Thank you for your kindness, love, and support.
