Jordin Needs Your Help for Lung Surgery

With a concerned family, we found out that Jordin has 3 different AVMs in his lungs. Pulmonary arteriovenous malformation is a rare condition in which the arteries and veins in the lungs are abnormally connected, allowing blood to bypass the capillaries and reducing gas exchange. Causing him to always be short on breath, having headaches, nausea, and worst of all, seizures. We are surprised he has made it this long without coughing up blood or having had a seizure so bad to be hospitalized. Whatever you can donate will go towards his surgery sometime early next year, plane tickets, and hotel rooms. Even a simple prayer will help. Please and thank you.
