Jordan's Gastric Sleeve Surgery

Hey everyone! For those who might not know me, my name is Jordan Humphries and I'm a 29 year old Tuscaloosa, AL native. I'm married to my best friend, Jennifer, and a dad to 2 wonderful kids (a 2 year old daughter and a 1 month old son). For the large majority of my life, I've struggled with my weight. It's been an ongoing battle as long as I can remember. I've had little to no success with diet and exercise. My biggest fear is my weight causing me to lose my life far earlier than I should. At this point, I have hypothyroidism, low testosterone, severe obstructive sleep apnea, elevated blood pressure, and a multitude of other things. All of these things point to a future with heart problems, stroke, diabetes, etc. This surgery is NOT for cosmetic issues, it's to help me take back control of my health and my life. My wife and I are going to cover as much of this as we can out of pocket, but it will absolutely take a huge financial toll on us and I worry that we won't have enough to cover the full cost of the procedure. For those that are able to donate a certain amount and are within a reasonable distance from me, I will compensate you with a free photo session. These can be headshots, portraits, family pictures, etc. It's the least I can do for someone helping me change my life for the best.
