Jordan's Fight...Continued
Donation protected
Jordan Smith has never met a stranger!
Here’s a little about his story:
Jordan was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis when he was just a baby. CF is a lung disease that affects some other parts of the body. He has fought his whole life to be able to breathe and stay healthy.
In 2020, right before Covid hit, Jordan was blessed with a double lung transplant at UNC Chapel Hill. Almost exactly a year to the day later he was diagnosed with PTLD (a lung cancer) but the tumor was in his stomach. He went through chemo and won that battle! Fast forward to last June when he had a colonoscopy to check and make sure the cancer was still gone and the biopsy area didn’t stop bleeding. He had to have blood transfusions, etc but finally won that battle. Last but not least, this last spat with his lungs had him in the hospital 38 days. His body was trying to reject the lungs he received in 2020. He will be on oxygen and out of work for the time being. Who knows when he will be able to go back!
To know Jordan is to love him. He has always been the type to give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. He loves his family, friends and motorcycles!
Jordan needs help financially to get through these tough times. Any amount is 100% appreciated! If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing the link with everyone you know!
