With great difficulty and sadness, I am announcing that Jordanna Ariel Gelfand has passed away. I know that she will be greatly missed and always remembered with much love. She leaves behind her 5 year old beautiful daughter Jaycee, who will miss her mommy as we all will, very much.
This memorial fund is to benefit the costs of her creamation and funeral services. Every little bit helps.
