Medical Expenses for Jordan's Fight

Last week I went in for a routine blood test, a part of my leukemia maintenance regimen. The entire time I was talking about how excited I was to be two weeks out from being "cured" of leukemia for good. Unfortunately, God had a different plan for me.
After several blood tests and a bone marrow biopsy I received a phone call from my oncologist this morning confirming that my worst fear had become a reality; I have leukemia again. Instead of having a recurrence of APL, I have another type of AML referred to as a MLL Rearrangement. Basically, this is a byproduct of the treatment I received initially two years ago.
I am currently sitting in a hospital bed on the Oncology Floor of Kaiser Sunnyside, a place that I had thought I had seen the last of two years ago. After receiving chemotherapy this week in order to send the leukemia into remission, I will undergo a bone marrow transplant up at OHSU.
While I am admittedly heading into this with a heavy heart, I know that I am more than capable of beating cancer one more time, just so it really knows who's boss.
Any and all prayers/positive vibes are welcome and encouraged, I've got this again.
Friends and Family have graciously asked what they can do to help? We are preparing for Jordan's post marrow transplant care and well being.
