Jordan's Fight Against Leukemia

On August 23rd, after multiple tests and a bone marrow biopsy, Jordan was officially diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Our diagnosis of AML came as a huge shock. Due to some imaging abnormalities, it was recommended that Jordan be seen by Mayo in Rochester, MN. Thankfully, the imaging concerns have now been diminished and therefore Jordan is able to start chemotherapy. He will be undergoing an intense regimen as a lumbar puncture showed potential concern for spread into the cerebral spinal fluid, which in turn means that the cancer may be within his brain. At 28 years old, no one plans for this type of thing. Our efforts are to help support Jordan in every way possible so he can get back to working on his cars, hanging out with his friends, and, most importantly, rough-housing with his two nephews! This will be a long road for Jordan, but we will be with him every step of the way!!
