On Friday, April 21, 2023, my colleague’s 19 year old son Jordan Vokolek and his friend were involved in a deadly automobile accident that took their lives. What was supposed to be an exciting weekend visit, resulted in unfathomable tragedy. Jordan was a 2022 Winnetonka High School graduate, who excelled in mathematics and had a childhood passion for LEGOs. He shared a deep connection with his family through their mutual love for rock music. No parent should ever have to experience something as horrific as a loss of their child, let alone bear the financial burden of burial expense.
