Jordan Valley Solidarity (JVS) Summer 2022 Camp

For the past several years, generous donors have sponsored a summer camp for Palestinian children and youth

living in the villages of the occupied Jordan Valley. This year, we are seeking your help to put on a camp for 50

participants in the villages of Bardala, Kardala and Khirbet-al Hama.

 

 

 

The focus on the camp this year is on traditional Palestinian folk games such as Hassuat and Taq-Taq-Taqyyeh

as well as environmental activism and recycling.

 

All funds received will be used to pay for the transportation of youth, food and other supplies.

The fundraiser

 

Mohit Mehta I traveled to the Jordan Valley four times between 2016-2019 to understand the on-the-ground

reality of Palestinians living in the occupied Jordan Valley. I am raising these funds on behalf of Rashed Khudhari,

the coordinator of JVS. These funds will be transferred to Rashed by for the operation of the camp.
