Jordan Shiveley Recovery Fund

My friend -- and, if you are reading this, probably yours -- Jordan Shiveley, recently underwent fully invasive surgery to remove a gangrenous gall bladder.

He is essentially out-of-commission and unable to return to his professional work as a chef for several weeks. Like many of us Jordan works at least one other job to make ends meet; lost time at one's job can be as hazardous to one's health and well-being as any life-threatening illness.

The funds raised for this campaign will be used to help him and his wife make it through his recovery over the next 6 weeks. 

As artist, designer, and publisher, Jordan is a big supporter of independent comics and cartoonists. He cares about art and comics, and is always promoting and supporting the work of artists in the comics community. 

Donating to aid his recovery is a way to demonstrate our appreciation and support him in return.
