This fund is to help Jordan Sebastian and his parents with medical and travel expenses related to his treatments. Jordan is a 24 year old resident of West Haven, CT. He was diagnosed in early March with stage 4 colon cancer. Since then he's been fighting to get healthy. Jordan is a former D1 football player who currently works and coaches at the Hopkins School.
