Jordan Needs An Emergency Amputation
Hi, My name is Maddie and I could really use your help to fund an amputation for my dog Jordan. Jordan is an 11 year old beagle and I've had him since he was only a few months old. We recently found out that he had some cancer in his left leg. He has a soft tissue sarcoma in his leg that is growing pretty fast. We had some testing done and amputation is the only way to effectively remove the cancer. Unfortunately, the cancer is growing around his sciatic nerve and into his femur bone, so he is in quite a bit of pain. The cancer has also reached his pelvic bone and because of this, a regular standard amputation will not suffice. He will need what's called a Hemipelvectomy, which is a an amputation of his left leg that will also remove a part of his pelvic bone to make sure the cancer is completely removed. This operation is incredibly expensive and we have spent most of what we have on the tests and procedures to get him to this point. This little boy is my best friend and my whole world. I love him with all my heart and he brings so much joy to our entire family, including his twin brother Vinny. He has so much personality and resilience and I'm really hoping with your help he can get the operation he needs. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time.
