34 years ago, I had the pleasure of attending my niece, Holly, as she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. Today I am heartbroken. Our wonderful son, grandson, nephew, cousin, friend, dog/cat dad, Jordan, passed from this earth suddenly and unexpectedly on July 17. He was recovering at home following extensive back surgery to correct an injury suffered a decade ago during a gay-bashing assault. Please help his mom, Holly, cover the funeral expenses for her only child. These expenses are for cremation and associated costs. We are planning to have a memorial for him on Aug. 6 from 12-4 at Ahlgrim Funeral Home on NW Highway in Palatine. We love you Jordan!
