Jordan Bell’s memorial
One month ago today my cousin, Jordan
Bell, was in a horrible car accident that
ended his life after being unresponsive and in the ICU for more than 3 weeks. His
brother, Travis, and sister, Darcy, have
carried the responsibility of making the
most difficult decisions on his behalf
regarding his care, his finances, and his end of life. They were with him as he took his
last breath. Jordan is remembered and
loved by all who knew him.
This family tragedy reminds us that the
best action each of us can take to ensure
our loved ones can mourn us in peace in
the event of our incapacitation or sudden
death is to have our end of life affairs in
order.
The hope in raising this memorial fund is to honor Jordan by lightening the stress and
financial cost to his surviving siblings and
his parents. By donating here, family and
friends can show the support and love that has been so difficult to demonstrate with
our current social and health restrictions,
and relieve his family to focus on healing
and remembering Jordan with joy.
