Jordan Almes Support Fund

On November 22nd, around 4-5am Jordan Almes was involved in a very critical car accident. It was a high speed accident and Jordan was launched out of his driver's seat 100 feet forward through the windshield. Upon impact, Jordan suffered very serious head and back injuries. Jordan has been admitted to Harborview Medical center in the Intensive Care Unit. Immediately after being admitted, Jordan went under an urgent surgery on his spine and has up coming facial and collar bone surgery's with the potential of more .  Jordan also has a very critical spinal injury, with the possibility of never being able to walk again, and with years of physical therapy. Jordan suffered a  brain injury as well, and he now has blood in his brain. Jordan now has wires connected to his brain to monitor his brain functions before they go into any surgery on his brain. Jordan’s spleen, and liver were also injured, along with bruised lungs and facial fractures. Jordan is not in a coma, but very heavily medicated and sedated and has been breathing with the help of a ventilator and feeding tubes. Due to COVID-19, nobody is allowed to visit unfortunately and we have been getting this information from Jordan’s sister Heather. As of Monday, November 23rd, Jordan was able to faintly talk, and move after his surgery and requested the feeding tubes to be removed and showed emotion about that. Jordan is very strong and pulling through after this accident.

Unfortunately, Jordan has no medical insurance, and no car or a solid foundation of a place to live. We are having this Go Fund Me in hopes to raise money for Jordans medical expenses and help give him a place to live, and to provide the essentials for his life such as food, clothes, and a car once he is out of the hospital. Jordan Almes is 25 years old and an aspiring DJ from Edmonds, Washington. Jordan plays under the name “Kinivin” on SoundCloud with his partner Deon at many local shows around the PNW.

Sadly we don’t know how this happened and we are still trying to figure out information on the accident. If you or someone you know may have any information on the accident or events prior to the accident please let us know. We are hoping for more news to come and will inform everyone as we get it.

Please keep Jordan in your prayers, and we will all make it through these hard times.
