This is my cat Jon and he has been diagnosed with oral cancer, squamous cell carcinoma. Ive been posting about his health often, as its been getting worse, and we finally got handed a death sentence based on our options.

Ive made a gofundme for him previously (if you already donated to that, I cannot thank you enough), and the costs now have changed from an oral mass removal, to end of life care very quickly.

I had a feeling it could be cancer but I didnt want to believe it. We raised money for his first surgery and thought we removed something benign. Within about a month and a bit, the tumor grew back in the same spot, and jons health is getting worse and worse.

He is no longer eating well(the tumor is near one of his missing fangs. When he bites down, he bites the tumor) and his behaviour has changed so drastically.

The money from this gofundme will be going towards long term pain management, anti inflammatory meds, and hopefully, if we raise enough, another debulking on that tumor so relieve some of his pain and give him some more time. Once the tumor grows big enough, he will stop eating and begin to get very ill.

The only other option is to do an invasive surgery and remove his upper jaw part. I cannot do that to him.
