You may have seen in the news recently, over the past year there has been a 22% rise in the amount of officers signed off due to mental health conditions such as stress, depression, anxiety or PTSD.

We are both officers with Thames Valley Police, and want to do our bit to raise awareness and finances for this important cause.

In September 2026 we are taking on the 3 Highest Mountain Peaks in Morocco with the Curtis Palmer Program charity. As far as we know we are the only UK Police/ Military Team to have ever taken on this huge challenge. We are raising money for the CPP who support Military veterans and serving and retired Police Officers and Police Staff with their physical and mental health wellbeing. With no paid members of staff and no rented premises more of the pound you donate to the CPP charity goes directly to helping service users.
