This fundraiser is for a very dear friend, Jonathan White.
Anyone who’s met him knows that this man sees no boundaries, and his adventurous spirit is only outstripped by what he would do for others.
Which is why it came as such a shock when Jonni was diagnosed recently with stage four lung cancer. There’s no clear explanation or logic behind this striking a healthy, strong 35-year-old father who is also expecting a baby with his girlfriend. But what’s certain is that he’s going to approach this with this same passion and verve he brings to each day.
To help, we’ve set up this fund to help with expenses—both medical costs and living expenses for when his ability to work becomes limited.
Some of you might have met him briefly, haven’t met him at all, or won’t ever meet him. But know that anything you can donate—even a single dollar—will actively go towards helping a young friend and dad trying to make the most of life for the ones he loves. A true and original character who just sent his wild mane of hair to Locks of Love, he’s, frankly, the type of person we don’t have enough of.
