Jonnie Bolland was a larger than life character.

A Manc and scooterist through and through. If you've been to a scooter rally over the last 40 years you'll no doubt have bought one of his patches or t-shirts.

You'll also have been to a rally, event or do he put on through VFM or the Stockport Crusaders.

Jonnie had to give up the scene he loved when he became ill a few years ago. Forced to take a backseat he still carried on working behind the scenes and delegating jobs where needed. Right up until his final days he still had a hand in both VFM and his business - Crusader T-shirts , a business he ran with Daz and Jude.  
Sadly John passed away peacefully on 8th December 2016, leaving Jude and young twins, Alfie and Alanna at home. John also has two older daughters, Kitty and Jade.   

Jude looked after John (the twins and business) tirelessly from the onset of his debilitating illness. His friends and family appreciated what Jude went through but could never comprehend just how she managed to juggle so many balls at once. 

Rather than buying flowers let's try and raise some money for Jude to either take the kids away on holiday, donate to a chosen charity, do some home improvements or just do something nice.

The family deserve to have some fun and laughter...
