My brother-in-law Jonathan H. Santmyer has just been diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma in his arms and legs as well as a small brain tumor in his frontal lobe.  Stage 4 Melanoma is the worst stage of Melanoma.  He's 39 years old, has a beautiful wife (my younger sister Erica); a georgous daughter, 3 year old Annabelle; and adorable son, 1 year old Glenn.   He has not been sick but when he recently got a cyst removed from his face  it came back cancerous.  The treatment for this will be radiation for his brain tumor and either Chemo or Immunotherapy for his Melanoma.  He will be undergoing treatment as soon as the specialists find out which treatment will be best for his particular case.  The costs after his insurance will be around 30,000.00 dollars, which they cannot afford.   The treatment for this is beyond mandatory and hopefully he will react to it in the best and most effective way possible in order to fight against this cancer.   We are all trying to stay optimistic as much as humanly possibly that he will overcome this.   Please help Jonny and Erica pay for these medical costs so they can keep their concentration and strength of spirit where it needs to be: on taking care of their two precious babies and his treatment.  We all appreciate more than can be said in words how grateful we will be for any amount you can donate.
