I watched this story this morning and have never been so touched by someone's story as that of Jonathon Pitre of Ontario. (If you haven't seen the video, please watch... I promise you it will change your life!) I don't know them, and they haven't asked for money... but every fiber in my being wants to help them. NO amount of money can take away the excruciating pain this boy endures day in, day out 24/7... but it can help provide some financial comfort for the family and help him fulfill his dream of going to Alaska to see the Northern Lights. That's MY dream. Let's do this!

14-year-old Jonathon is known as "The Butterfly Child." He is an angel, and his mother is a saint. 

His disease, Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), is one of the most rare and painful conditions known to modern medicine. It's a rare genetic skin condition commonly referred to as "the worst condition you've never heard of." He has spent his entire life, every day, 24/7, in intense pain. But, you would never know it.

Why "Butterfly Child?" Because his skin is as fragile as a butterfly's wings.

Jonathon strength, courage and sweet spirit will fill your heart with inspiration and humility.

And from one mother to another, I am in awe of her strength. What a beautiful woman. Both she and her son are blessings from God.

Jonathan is an ambassador for DEBRA Canada, a non-profit organization and charity dedicated to providing support for families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa. He has so unselfishly made it his mission and purpose to help other children like him. But it's my understanding that the money donated to DEBRA Canada goes into a fund for all families and is split between them via annual contributions.

That's why I set up this fund... for HIM. All money will go directly to Jonathan's family.
