Honor & Support the Legacy of Jonathan Pascual

Celebrating Jo, who lived fully, loved deeply, and inspired endlessly:
It is with heavy hearts that we celebrate the life of Jonathan, a beloved son, brother, partner, and friend, who went away far too soon on January 4, 2025, at the young age of 30. Jonathan’s life was a shining example of kindness and selflessness. He touched our lives with his warm spirit and unwavering support.
Jo (Jonathan) had the biggest of hearts.
He was very loving and had unwavering love for the people he cared about. He showed it in the most subtle of ways: he would bring you water without asking, and insist on carrying everything. He would also offer you personalized advice and regularly check in with you to make sure you’re safe and okay.
Jo always put others before himself, never asking for anything in return.
He always found time to help others, even when he was busy. You could always count on him to help family and friends do the hardest of tasks, like an auto or home repair, to the simplest of chores, like tidying up or moving boxes.
In his own way, by doing these things for you, he wanted you to feel better so that he could feel happy too. He had a hearty appetite, but his appetite for helping others was even bigger. Jo wouldn’t rest until he knew you were okay.
Jo was everyone’s go-to man; you would always go to him for everything.
He was down for anything and everything. He always wanted to make memories with everyone. If you asked him in the middle of the night for something or wanted to take a spontaneous trip somewhere the next day, he would just ask, “When?” and show up.
Jo will always be remembered for his warmth and affection.
His touch was gentle yet strong. He knew how to read a room and make everyone feel included. He consistently lent a helping hand in all aspects. He would deliver soul-crushing bear hugs and tight hand squeezes that you’ll never forget.
If you ever had a problem, you’d always feel confident that you could confide in him and that he would provide the validation and support you needed.
Jo had plenty of plans for the future, but left this world too soon.
He was planning on traveling to Europe for the first time this year with his loved ones, and one day wanted to visit his dream destinations, which included Denmark, Iceland, Japan, and New Zealand, along with camping trips for Yosemite, Banff, and more. His biggest dream was to one day travel with his younger sister once she graduated college.
Beyond his generosity, Jonathan was a kid at heart.
He unashamedly always bought the latest toys, video games, knick-knacks, and gadgets, and proudly displayed them to the world. He lived a life rich with experiences. He loved attending concerts, fitness, pickleball, and embraced adventure with open arms—skydiving, hiking, backpacking/camping, traveling the world, and even spent time living in Alaska. He approached life with curiosity and enthusiasm, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Help honor Jonathan’s memory and support his family during this incredibly difficult time.
