Some dear friends of mine, Jonathan and Valair, have been displaced from their home after Hurricane Ian decided to wreak havoc on the state of Florida. Their entire home flooded half a foot, and their air conditioning isn't functioning.

Jonathan & Valair purchased their home a year ago and put blood, sweat, tears, time and money into the space they cultivated. They're currently trying to pick up the pieces and find a safe space to stay while they mitigate damage. They're not the kind of folks to ask for help, so we're doing it for them.

While they've gotten the ball rolling with the insurance company, so have thousands of other Floridians. There's a lot of work to be done, and they'll be paying for everything up front (flooring, drywall, mold mitigation, furniture, appliances, you name it).

Anything helps.
