Jonathan Tatom’s Cancer Fund

Family and friends, we all need a little help sometimes. We are asking for help on behalf of our brother and cousin, Jonathan Tatom, who is battling neck, throat, & tongue cancer. He’s a loving father of 3, an Afghanistan war veteran, and a burn pit victim **soon to be survivor**!! He is currently receiving radiation 5 days a week with bi-weekly chemo. He was supposed to get weekly chemo but the side effects were too severe so they cut it back. He already has tinnitus & hearing loss from the chemo. As a result of the radiation to his neck & tongue (can you imagine?! ), he cannot speak or eat because of the pain. He lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks, so he received a J-tube for feeds last week. Luckily, he has a little strength back after getting nutrients through that tube. Jonathan has been through a lot already & he is only 1/3 of the way through treatment. He has applied for assistance, but has been turned down so far. He will eventually get some type of help from VA but there is a long wait in paperwork. In the meantime, the lights need to stay on, gas tank needs filled, & his kiddos need to be kiddos. Please help us lift his spirits & provide some peace of mind if you are able.
