Update 7/6-Depending on how you look at it we have good news(I’m trying to look at as a positive) we are getting transferred to Dallas and Tater Tot will be getting his second surgery. Hopefully this surgery will fix everything! He is having a hard time. He’s super uncomfortable and not happy with the feeding tube. His Mommy has added daily walks to their routine and he seems to enjoy them for the most part. He got pretty mad on their walk yesterday. They are hoping to hear on 7/14 when his next surgery will be.

Update 7/2-We just wanted to say thank you! Thank you to the people who silently prayed for Tater Tot. Thank you to the people who reached out and the people who followed updates. Thank you to the people who donated to the go fund me. Thank you for making us feel so loved. Tater Tot started at cooks and had a small surgery in hopes he would feel better but we ended up getting transferred to Dallas Children’s. We stayed a few days there but now Tater Tot is back at cooks. He’s doing better just having a hard time eating and keeping stuff down and his breathing isn’t improving but it’s not getting worse! They’re going to slowly get him off oxygen and then do a sleep study! But he’s been a happy baby for the most part! We’re excited to get some good news soon and hopefully get out of here soon! Also per the first picture Tater Tot is pretty over it

Hi, my name is Jennifer Davison and Cassidy is my bonus daughter. Let me start off by giving you all a bit of background to why the need for this GoFundMe.

Tate began struggling to breathe and like any concerned parents Cassidy and Adrian took Tate into the ER in Decatur Texas where at first they thought maybe it was bronchitis. After watching him over night they decided to airlift him to a children’s hospital where they admitted him into the PICU. After a few days go by Tate is no longer wanting to eat or sleep, the doctors diagnosed him with laryngomalacia and decide to do surgery to help with his breathing. After the surgery it’s quickly noticed that Tate’s vocals are now not working. The surgeon said it was bilateral congenital vocal cord paralysis and
transported Tate to another children’s hospital in a different city where another surgeon specializes in airway surgery. Today after speaking with the new surgeon it has been determined that Tate is a good candidate for the second surgery but he will have to reside at the hospital for 3-4 weeks and this hospital is an hour and a half from home.

I decided to start the gofundme for them because they already have so much they are battling with trying to get their son better and back home. They should not have to stress about finances also.
Please, if you’re able to donate to help this sweet family it would be greatly appreciated. No amount is too small.
Lastly, I am a firm believer in my faith and have witnessed many miracles so if you are also a believer of Christ please pray for Tate and his family.
Thank you!
