Hi my name is Helen Parshall, as many of you may know we lost my husband Jonathan Parshall Sunday morning. He went in for surgery Friday and was sent home the same day, even though we questioned that we were told he is good to go. When I woke up on Sunday morning Jonathan did not wake up with me. We have so many unanswered questions as to what happened.

At this moment I really need everyone's help raising the funds to give my husband the services he deserves. Unfortunately we were not financially prepared for this nor am I emotionally prepared. Any amount you're willing to contribute will be greatly appreciated.
