Hello, my name is Sherry, and my son is Jonathan Lease.

On July 15, 2025, my son was on his way home from work and was involved in a single car rollover accident. Jonathan sustained multiple injuries throughout his body.

These injuries include scapula fractures, collar bone broken, both shoulders fractured, 5 lower vertebrae factures, both hips fractured, and lacerations on both his head and back that needed stapling.

The doctors have said that Jonathan is looking at minimum, to at least a 2-month recovery, as long as everything heals well.

Jonathan is very fortunate that he was not killed or paralyzed from his injuries. We are thankful to God for the protection he provided Jonathan during this accident.

At the time of the accident, Jonathan had just been called back to work after had been laid off for some time. The accident occurred on his second day back to work.

Jonathan is a single father of 3 children within the home and before the accident, the family had already been struggling financially.

The financial situation has become overwhelming, and I am hoping to raise funds needed to help keep them in their home and provide for the basic daily living needs during this recovery time.

When Jonathan was called back to work, he was already without a vehicle because his car had broken down beyond repair and he did not have the financial ability to purchase another vehicle.

In order for him to go back to work when called, his father had borrowed him a truck so he could get back and forth to and from work.

The vehicle Jonathan was driving is completely totaled and was covered only with liability insurance. The towing company who responded to the accident call from the police department is now in possession of the truck along with all the items that were in the truck. Items that were in the truck at the time of the accident include all of the tools he needed for work, his glasses, and his cell phone.

The towing company will not release any of these personal items without the towing and storage charges being paid in full.

These charges are exorbitant in our opinion because the bill was over $2,000 just for a 3-mile tow and accident scene clean up. These charges continue to grow because of the daily storage that is being accumulated since the accident.

The vehicle and Jonathan's personal items will not be able to be recovered.

Jonathan is now once again without any transportation for when his is able to drive again.

Jonathan does have a son with a driver's license who would be able to drive to all the necessary places needed for the family. But, without any vehicle to drive this is not possible.

I am asking for help from anyone who is able to provide a donation towards immediate needs with the family daily living expenses and monthly needs such as housing rent and utilities to remain in their home.

The other need is for Transporation.
