Thank you for stopping by this site to check on Jonathan. If you’re here, you probably know him, but in case you don’t he is 48 years old, a terrific husband, dad, son, brother with a wonderful wife Julia and three children, Natalie (19), Alayna (17) and Nathan (12).
On December 7, 2023 he was found unconscious in his home office. He was rushed to the hospital where they found that he had a big clot in left side of brain. He arrived within the window of time that he could be given a clot busting drug and was taken for thrombectomy where they removed the clot from his brain. Even though those procedures were successful, the stroke became very large and his stay so far has been tumultuous with many complications. He remains in ICU on life support, fighting every step of the way.
PLEASE pray for Jonathan and his family. This is going to be a long slow road that is feeling very uncertain right now. It is unknown what the long term outcome could be.
For now we are accepting any progress as a victory and trying to take one day at a time. Please pray as we claim every victory, no matter how small, and focus on Jonathan and not statistics or what the doctors projected prognosis is. Our God is mighty and good and a miracle worker.
Jonathan and his family are facing a long hospitalization, rehab and long term care. Jonathan has been his family’s provider and now they need help with personal and medical expenses. Thank you for your love and prayers. If you have the ability to help, that would be a blessing and so appreciated
