Jonas’ accordion was stolen a few days ago down at Virginia Key, Florida. This was his first accordion and the one he ‘s learned on and played for the past eight years. Having something that means so much taken like that is horrible. The accordion is irreplaceable, made by retired Louisiana accordion builder Lee Begnaud, the same builder of two of Keith Frank’s accordions. Accordions aren’t cheap and now Jonas will need to buy a new one. If some of you who may know and love Jonas and have enjoyed watching and listening to him play over the years are able to help it would mean so much.
