Jonas Moser's After Life Expenses

Hi All, I am Jonas' oldest daughter, Maddison. Most of you know me, or at least did when I was a small child, but I figured an introduction would be helpful for those that haven't met me. I am a recent college graduate about to start my Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies degree. Currently I live in Wisconsin but am back in Alaska to be with my family during this hard time. I am employed as a phlebotomist in Wisconsin but I am on a leave of absence due to having hip surgery and the passing of Dad. The death of a parent is not something that I ever imagined my little sister and I would have to go through. It has been a very hard few weeks for both of us in our grieving process. As Jonas' adult daughter, I have gained the next of kin responsibilities that came with his passing. With lots of consideration and having to swallow my stubbornness, it has become very clear that I am going to need help paying for all of the expenses that come with this unfortunate and difficult situation. Anyone that knows me knows that I have a very hard time asking for help, especially financially, so opening this fund was not an easy decision. It has only been three weeks and the expenses continue to pile on, therefore it was time. In the sudden and unexpected nature of my dad’s passing, we have found that he did not have a will prepared. Since the last few years have been extremely complicated, we are needing to hire a lawyer to help with the probate process and aid in tying up any loose ends. Ruby and I are doing our best to take care of ourselves and lean on our support systems but as a recent college graduate the financial burden that has developed has become unmanageable. With all of that being said, thank you to anyone that has the ability to donate, we greatly appreciate any assistance we can get.

Any funds that exceed our expenses will be used to help myself and Ruby pay for college costs.
