Jonas’ Medical Expenses

As many of you know, Jonas Badillo, who is 18 years old and a student at Tarrant County College, went in for an MRI after experiencing migraines and loss of peripheral vision over the course of a few months. The MRI revealed a 4x5cm mass on the back of his brain. We were told this mass was benign, and that the surgery to remove it would be somewhat simple. The surgery was on Monday, March 18th and lasted several hours. After surgery, the surgeon informed us that the surgery had not gone the way he had originally hoped or planned. There was a strong blood supply to the brain tumor, which led the surgeon to believe the tumor was malignant. To update everyone on the results: Jonas’ tumor came back as a anapalastic PXA-which is a very rare, grade 3 cancerous tumor. Jonas, and all of his friends/family are not letting this diagnosis bring us down. We all believe in our hearts that God is working a miracle in Jonas. However, Jonas is still unable to work or drive at the moment as he focuses on healing and recovering. With Jonas being out of work and his family having to take off to care for him and make doctor visits, the financial burden is great. We are all so inspired by Jonas during this time, as he continues to selflessly serve others, stays positive, and comforts those who worry about him. We believe that God's got this and Jonas, who fears the Lord and faithfully follows Him, believes the same. Thank you for your prayers and donation.
