In Loving Memory of Jonah Normandeau
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we are starting this fundraiser for our dear friend, Ric, who is navigating the unimaginable pain following the tragic passing of his son, Jonah.
On September 28, Jonah passed away . His sudden departure has left his family and friends completely heartbroken. He was a kind soul who will be deeply and forever missed.
This tragedy is made even more heartbreaking as Jonah leaves behind his precious 7-year-old daughter, Kiara who lives in Norway.
In the midst of this profound grief, his family is now faced with the overwhelming and unexpected financial burden of arranging a funeral and memorial service to honour Jonah. Beyond these immediate costs, their primary concern is for the well-being and future of their granddaughter and niece, who has just lost her father.
We, his friends, are reaching out to our community for support. We want to lift some of the financial weight off of his family's shoulders so they can focus on grieving and supporting his family during this impossible time.
All donations will go directly to Ric (Jonah's Dad) to help cover two critical areas:
* Funeral & Memorial Expenses: To provide Jonah with the dignified and loving farewell he deserves. This will help cover the costs of the funeral service, cremation/burial, and other related expenses.
* Support for Jonah's Daughter, Kiara: A portion of these funds will be set aside in a trust or sent directly to her guardian to help provide for her immediate and future needs. This will offer a measure of financial stability for her education, health, and well-being as she grows up without her dad.
Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant difference and will be a comforting reminder to the family that they are not alone in their grief.
If you are unable to donate at this time, please consider sharing this campaign with your network. Your thoughts, prayers, and shares are also deeply appreciated.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion, generosity, and support.
With love and gratitude.
