On November 28, 2016 5 year old Jon-Tucker Thomas son of Jason and Kasey Pennington-Thomas from Monroe, LA was involved in a horrific fire explosion and has suffered 2nd degree burns to his left extremities from face, neck, chest arm and torso areas. He was transported by ambulance to St. Francis Medical Center and was transferred to LSU-Shreveport Burn Unit. After consulting with a team of doctors they feel it's in Jon-Tucker's best interest to start his very long road to recovery at home in his familiar surroundings. Jon-Tucker will be needing and receiving around the clock care. Jason and Kasey will be traveling weekly possibly sometimes daily to LSU Burn Center for their sweet boy to receive the absolute best care available and Jason will be off work for an unknown amount of time. We are asking for any kind of donation to help with traveling, hotel, medical expenses and to help with everyday living costs. Unfortunately they are unable to accept visitors at this time due to risk of infection for Jon-Tucker. There is no donation too big or too small!
