Jon Schulz (Captain Jack) Medical Bills Help
Donation protected
Back in early April, Jon Schulz (Captain Jack) a 25-year radio veteran in Rockford, Illinois was hospitalized.
After driving on a Saturday afternoon to McConnell, Illinois to visit his mother's gravesite, he blacked out due to stress and an over-the-counter medicine.
Jon was found hours later and rushed to Freeport Memorial Hospital where he stayed for the next week. Jon kidney's almost completely failed, reaching a GFR of 4 (Normal GFR is between 90-120).
Doctor Farhan Kahn stated that if Jon would have been found an hour later, he would have passed.
In the last almost two months, Jon has been rebuilding and is reaching a healthy state. The medical bills because of the ambulance transportation and hospital stay, are overwhelming.
With limited insurance and a high co-pay, we would appreciate your financial support during this difficult time.
