Hi everyone, my name is Debra Neong. I am Jon's sister-in-law. I have some sad and unfortunate news. Jon took a recent international trip to Mexico and fell ill while there. He is currently hospitalized with some serious medical issues. He is at a public hospital and not getting the care he needs. In order to make sure he is given the best chance to survive, we need to get him to a private hospital in Mexico. We are working with Kaiser as well to try and get him home or any other options. Currently, his care is costing upwards of $20k. We know Jon has been a great friend to others and helped in their times of need. He also is loved and cared for by so many. So we are reaching out to all of you now to help in any way you can if you are able.

This is the hardest thing we have ever had to do. But being vulnerable is the best option we have right now.

My hope is we can all rally to help Jon through this. We are praying for him to pull through this and come home.
