Jon Mattie Funeral Relief Fund

Jon Mattie, my brother and friend, passed away unexpectedly on December 30th, 2018 from an infection that turned septic. His death was sudden and none of us were prepared including Jon. He had no insurance and very little savings. My mom and dad are facing many unexpected costs to lay my brother to rest. As humble people with little savings of their own they would never ask for help to ease the financial burden. Many of you have asked how you might be able to help. Whether it's $5 or $50 every little bit would help during this stressful time. 
Jon's fundraiser will help cover costs of:
- Basic professional services of Funeral Director, Staff, and Overhead
- Facilities & Equipment
- Funeral Automotive costs
- Casket
- Unforeseen costs
Any funds raised beyond the goal will be donated to the Providence Alaska Foundation for working tirelessly on Jon's behalf.
