Jon Koster Medical Expenses/Kidney Transplant Fund

I have been diagnosed with Renal Failure about 5 years ago and the medical expenses and not being able to work has taken a mighty burden on family and myself. My brother recently passed away and that is causing my mother to move in with us and and things are crowded but it's good to have hear to help me. We need help for basic needs. I am a very proud person but having to ask for help is very difficult and embarrassing at the same time. Any help will be useful and much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
