Hi, my name is Heather. I am starting this Go-Fund-Me for Jon and his wife Lisa at this difficult time. Jon underwent a simple neck surgery and has had some serious complications. He was at FWB medical and that is where they found a blood clot. At that point, they put a temporary trach in and kept him heavily sedated. He now has contracted Pneumonia and being trasferred to UAB today. He is going to be out of work for a while and his wife and children will need help with travel expenses and monthly bills. Every little bit will help out their family during this difficult time.
