Jon Colon's Family
Donation protected
On June 3, we received the unbearably painful news that Jonathan Colon, a brother of the Borrell Family passed in his sleep. Jon was 37 years old at the time of his passing. Jon was a devoted father to his children, husband, son and brother to his family. He truly loved life and his infectious personality made you feel like you were childhood friends the first time you met him. Jon was devoted to his career and was most proud of his work as the Lead Electrical Supervisor of the University of Tampa Ars Sonora Bell Tower Project that he recently completed. He often made mention that this project would forever be a symbol for the Tampa Community and he would always be able to show his children that he led the electrical team to complete this one of a kind monument. His memory will live forever through his work, and the hearts of his family and friends.
Losing our friend, son, husband, brother, and most importantly devoted father to his children will be extremely difficult because of the love, laughter and joy that Jon brought when you were around him. He leaves behind four young children that he loved dearly. We ask that anyone that can help, please donate to help his family and children during this difficult time. If you are unable to help financially, please share this through your network. Jon will be forever missed. Rest in peace Jon.
