Jon LaPrise - Anchorage Earthquake

On Friday, Anchorage Alaska was hit by a huge earthquake - 7 on the Richter scale.  The photo above, taken 1/2 a mile from my brother Jon's house, shows the devastation it caused.  We are grateful for God's protection of Jon, Angela, Jordan, and Nathan who are all physically safe (Ian is in California).  But they did experience damage inside their home as things crashed and broke.  The next few weeks will be a challenge as the damage is assessed and aftershocks continue to hit the area - they've already been hit by almost 200.  Several people have asked me how they can help Jon and Angela during this scary time, so here you go!  Give if you feel led, but please join us in praying for their continued safety and for PEACE (both emotionally and geologically) to spread through this region.
