We were saddened to share the news of the passing of our colleague and friend, Jolene Mallon, on 12th March 2026, after her courageous 9 month battle with cancer.

Jolene was a valued and respected member of the Delivery team, contracting with us since June 2024.

The business provided support throughout her treatment, and we very much planned and looked forward to her return to the office. However as a contactor Jolene was not eligible for the full range of employee benefits and throughout her gruelling treatments she continued to work from home to support her family. Following Jolene’s passing, her husband Jon and their four children now face both the personal impact of their loss and ongoing financial pressures.

With the consent of Jolene’s family, a GoFundMe page has been established to provide financial support during this difficult period. While many of you may not have worked directly with Jolene, we can all empathise,

so any contribution—regardless of size—would be gratefully received.
