Hi, my name is Jeff. I am starting this fundraiser for my brother Jojo and his wife Angie’s family.
On March 23rd, Angie’s father, Salvador Bie, suffered a critical Subdural Hematoma—a severe bleed on the brain that required immediate, life-saving intervention. At 86 years old, the trauma was compounded by a dangerous case of pneumonia, leaving him in a fragile, life-and-death struggle as an inpatient at Pampanga Premier Medical Center.
This has been a grueling, intensive battle against a brain injury that would be devastating for someone at any age, let alone a man in his late 80s.
We are incredibly blessed that, through the hard work of his medical team and his own resilience, he has finally reached a point of stability. However, the hospital will not release Salvador to his family until his medical bill is paid in full.
The cost of saving his life has been astronomical. As of April 8th, the total bill has surpassed $33,000. Even after the family exhausted every resource available, we are still left with a staggering balance of over $10,000.
The urgency cannot be overstated. Salvador has survived the worst of a life-threatening brain injury, but he is now effectively stuck in a hospital bed while the bill continues to climb. He needs to be home to finish his recovery in a peaceful environment, but we are financially locked out of bringing him there.
How you can help:
We are reaching out to ask for your support to help us clear this final hurdle. Any contribution you can make—large or small—will go directly toward paying the hospital so Salvador can finally be released to the care of his family.
If you are unable to donate, please share this link and keep Salvador in your prayers. We are so grateful for any help you can provide to bring him home.
