Hi! My name is Joi Webb, and I’m 14 years old. I’m a proud member of the North Florida Surge Swim Team, where I train weekly to strengthen my technique and compete at higher levels. I’m raising funds to help cover travel, lodging, meals, uniform and equipment essentials for two major swim meets in 2026.
In February 2026, I’ll travel with my team to Washington, D.C. to compete in the Black History Invitational Swim Meet — a premier national event that brings together some of the top minority swimmers from across the country. You can visit the link to learn more about this incredible meet and see where I’ll have the opportunity to compete at such an inspiring level. https://blackhistoryswimmeet.splashthat.com/. Then, in May 2026, we’ll head to North Carolina for another national-level competition that will bring together talented swimmers from across the country.
Swimming has taught me discipline, perseverance, and teamwork—qualities I strive to demonstrate in and out of the pool. My goal is to continue improving my performance, supporting my teammates, and representing my community with pride. These upcoming meets are an amazing opportunity for me to grow as an athlete and take my training to the next level.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help me get one step closer to these goals by covering essential costs such as transportation, hotel stays, meals, uniforms, and swim gear. Your support means so much and helps make my dreams possible.
Thank you for believing in me and helping me chase my goals—one stroke at a time!
