Help Me Record With My Musical Hero

Hey guys! 

I'm Jocef - a transplant from my native Sayreville, New Jersey to Manila, Philippines. I currently study music production at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. Like every cool dude, I play guitar and my favorite band is the Swellers.

I recently tweeted the Swellers' lead singer and guitarist Nick Diener a song that I wrote. He loved it. Actually, he loved my work so much, he offered to record my songs at his studio! Coincidentally, I'll be back in the U.S for the first time in 3 years. I can't help but think it was meant to be. 

But like all college kids, I'm low on funds. I'm looking to raise an ambitious $1,500 to cover the cost of recording and travel expenses as I trek my way from New Jersey to Flint, Michigan. 

I'd be so grateful to anyone who could give what they could spare to my cause. Recording with a musical hero is every musicians' dream. Please help me make this a reality. 

For every donor,  I will provide free downloads of the songs I record as well as a custom jingle with YOUR name in it.
