Join Sharon's Fight with Cancer

Story

What we thought was the stomach flu, ending up being so much more than we expected. On 10/23/20 my mom, Sharon, had a CT scan to find out what was causing her so much pain. It was that day we never saw coming. The doctors told us that she has tumors in her abdomen - but could not pin point the location it may have come from (ovarian, gastric, colon, etc. cancer). We are preparing for surgery - the doctors will be going in and removing as much of the tumorous masses they can. Then Sharon will begin chemotherapy. I know my mom will not ask for any help herself, but she and my dad have done so much for so many people all their lives. From countless hours of volunteering, to the 5000+ masks the my Mom and team have sewn for COVID efforts, my mom and dad have always been there for anyone who needs a hand. Thus, I am asking for any help that our friends, family, and community can provide. Whether it's a money donation to help pay for the medical bills that will pile up, a gas gift card to get to and from treatment, or even just to add her to your prayers . I thank you in advance for everything and just know how deeply we appreciate it. We don't have much information on the cancer at this time, but are hoping for the future and ready to fight!
